When a team scores a school-record 69 points (62 from the offense) in the playoffs no less, there’s a lot of reasons. #1 reason last week was the offensive line of Jack Cramer, Mike Schoenfeld, Mark Castrejon, Jerry Conte and Ricky Vargas and TE Ryan Walton and Offensive Line Coach Jim McDonough. So a vote for TZ is a vote for the entire record-breaking “spread the wealth” offense. 602 yards of offense.
FYI - Just to correct the stats under the caption, Tom was 4-8 passing for 139 yards and 3 TD’s. One TD each to Ryan Walton (24yds), Tyler Usterbowski (44yds) and Kyle Hullinger (8yds). Tom also ran 58 yards on the first play from scrimmage, only to have it called back on an illegal motion penalty. None of his TD’s was rushing.

Thanks for sharing the thoughts and video highlights, John. I couldn't agree more that the entire offense deserves credit for putting up 69 points and the guys on the 'O' line are often the most under-appreciated. Right on.

O'Grady is arguably the best linebacker in IL and is definitely the leader of EAST'S linebackers, best team of linebackers in IL!
