Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday

Don't forget to switch clocks back an hour at 2 a.m. Nov. 4.

 

At 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, Daylight Saving Time officially ends.

So before you go to bed Saturday night, or when you wake up Sunday morning, turn your clock back one hour.

Residents should use this time to also check the batteries in smoke alarms. Many fire departments use the twice-yearly time changes to remind people to change batteries, especially with the holidays nearing.
