A 14 year old girl choked by a 55 year old man, and he gets No jail time. Who is the judge in this case? I want to know so I do NOT vote for this judge. Also, I will let everyone I know who this judge is, the results of this case, and let them vote how they see fit.

You won't be able to vote for the judge. He's an associate judge, and as such, he never runs for retention on any ballot. Full circuit judges vote on associate judges.

And even if he did run for retention, it's highly probable you'd never remember him or this case when it came time to vote.
